One of my favourite things about this hotel are the Garden Balcony Rooms - when staying in Hong Kong I struggle with Hotels where you can not open the windows / the air-conditioning so this hotel for me is amazing as they offer rooms with Balconies.

Great location, easy access to various train stations and shops. Staff are extremely helpful and provide you with all the assistance you need.

The room with harbour view was excellent, clean, and had really comfortable bed. The hotel has awesome facilities and buffet breakfast is wonderful.

View of the room was fantastic, hotel staff were very friendly and polite, location is super convenient, concierge was expensive helpful and friendly, offering help all the time, the best hotel I ever stayed in HK.

Check in was smooth, quick and efficient (it was late in the evening). Room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast selection was comprehensive and the food quality excellent. The hotel is conveniently located for access to the nearby Star Ferry, Exhibition Bus Terminus and MTR Station, all of which were utilised during the stay.
